How will we locate your driver after the flight arrives?
Your driver will be waiting as you exit customs with a name board. You will have been given a contact phone no and in the unlikely event he is not there you can contact him on his mobile phone.

What happens if my flight is delayed or diverted?
We will monitor all incoming flights and will take the appropriate action to ensure whenever and wherever you land a driver will be waiting for you.

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
If you are delayed by immigration or baggage problems we strongly recommend that you phone your driver or our office. The driver will not leave the terminal unless it is confirmed that you were not on the flight.

How long is the journey to central London?
From Stansted it will take between 1.5 and 2 hrs depending on traffic and the time of day.

Do we only do airport trips?
No, we do anything from sporting events, London shows and restaurants to sightseeing tours.

We are bringing a large party of people to Stansted for a conference. Can you cope?
Yes any number of vehicles can be supplied going to any number of destinations.

Does London Traffic affect my quoted price?
No. Unlike metered taxis, none of our vehicles have meters, so the price you are quoted will be the price you pay, however long the journey takes.

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards or you can pay the driver cash in UK Pounds.
